Spirit Square
In February of 2007, the Village of Burns Lake received funding from the Government of BC for the construction of a public open space under the BC Spirit Squares program. Spirit Squares are intended to honour the past and celebrate the future; improve the economic health of communities; and enhance the social and cultural life of the community. Spirit Square encompasses the Radley and Nourse entrances to honour the great contributions Dick Nourse and Len Radley made to our community.
