Pursuant to Division 7 of the Local Government Act, the following properties will be offered for sale by public auction at 10:00 am on Monday, September 29, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Village of Burns Lake, #15 - 3rd Avenue, unless the delinquent taxes, plus interest, are paid prior to the sale.
Conditions of Sale: Properties are sold as is, where is; registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on September 29; the successful bidder must immediately pay the full bid by debit, certified cheque, or bank draft; the purchaser is responsible for property transfer tax and any applicable taxes; properties are subject to the one-year redemption period under the Local Government Act; no exceptions permitted.
