Lakeside Multiplex Membership
With a membership, you can enjoy:
- Unlimited access to the fitness facility with access to the racquetball and squash courts and the climbing wall during business hours.
- Admission to all public skates
- A key fob that allows 24/7 access the fitness facility ($10 deposit required)
Membership Cancellation Policy (PR8)
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Customers may cancel memberships within three business days of the purchase date and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations can be approved for moving out of town, illness, or injury at the date of occurrence. Customers must provide proof. (new address, written doctor’s notes, etc.)
- Membership suspensions related to medical issues require medical documentation and will begin from the time the notification is received.
- Refunds will be paid to back to those indicated on the invoice as making payment.
Program/ Facility Rental Cancellation Policy (PR9)
- All registered program cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the program/facility rental start date. A full credit to your account or refund will be issued.
- Refunds requested with less than 48 hours notice of the programs/facility rental start date cannot be granted except for medical reasons or relocation. Appropriate documentation is required.
- Refunds will be paid to back to those indicated on the invoice as making payment.
